I bought the kinley earrings, and they came defective, i tried to contact them but they’re emailing system was down so i didn’t hear back for a couple weeks, they eventually got into contact with me and sent me a replacement pair free of charge! i didn’t have to send the old earrings back or pay for shipping! i was really happy with this outcome and will definitely be buying more as they are definitely 925 silver, plated with real gold.
