        Worst Customer Service

        The huggies I got were extremely difficult to open and close so I sent them back to be quality checked (at their request), in hopes to be given a store credit or possibly refund. I paid for my own postage to send them back with tracking so I know they arrived there and then haven’t heard anything back from them for 3 months... Despite reaching out on multiple platforms countless times. So disappointing that they don’t even have the decency to respond to their messages and now I’m without the money and without the earrings!
