For hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings for returns unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault.

If you decide to return any item, please make sure the items are unused, in good condition and in original packaging. Meanwhile, write down your name, contact information.

all send back fees are responsible by customer.

Any Return or cancellation of Afterpay order, customer will need to pay for transaction fee (6%) which charged by Afterpay. If you choose to return as store credit, we will cover this cost.

Sterling Silver/Gold plated silver pieces come with 3 months warranty for genuine manufacture fault. 

Gold filled pieces come with 1 year warranty.

Warranty des not cover loss of item
