For hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings for returns unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault.

Any Return or cancellation of Afterpay order, customer will need to pay for transaction fee (6%) which charged by Afterpay. If you choose to return as store credit, we will cover this cost.

Sterling Silver/Gold plated silver pieces come with 3 months warranty for genuine manufacture fault. 

Gold filled pieces come with 1 year warranty.
