these earrings are now one of my favourite jewellery pieces. they were a lot smaller then i anticipated but i’m so happy with them and wouldn’t change a thing. i wear these everyday and they’re now an essential piece that i wear. they’re so simple but yet so pretty. i was looking at a similar earring on another store that are near identical but then was sadden when i made the realisation that at almost the same price as these it was only for in fact one earring?! i stumbled across these and they in fact look prettier, better quality and more “expensive” looking. i recommended these earrings to anyone thinking of buying them and just shopping at fora in general- they shipped the earrings so quickly and it was such an easy experience.

Worst Customer Service

The huggies I got were extremely difficult to open and close so I sent them back to be quality checked (at their request), in hopes to be given a store credit or possibly refund. I paid for my own postage to send them back with tracking so I know they arrived there and then haven’t heard anything back from them for 3 months... Despite reaching out on multiple platforms countless times. So disappointing that they don’t even have the decency to respond to their messages and now I’m without the money and without the earrings!

Stopped clasping together after 3 wears

The earrings are gorgeous, however one of the earrings stopped clicking closed after three wears, the other works fine. I tried following the steps to tighten the clasp but it didn’t change a thing. I’ve had to throw them away now as there is no point keeping them if they are going to fall out of my ear if I wear it without being clasped together.
