How to Place an Order

  1. Visit our online store: forajewellery.com
  2. Browse and add your selected styles to the cart – all prices shown are retail.
  3. At checkout, enter the wholesale discount code to receive your wholesale pricing (details below).

Wholesale Discounts

All prices displayed on our website are in retail pricing. To access wholesale pricing, please use one of the following discount codes at checkout:

  • WHOLESALE50 – 50% off retail prices for orders of $300 AUD or more (after discount).
  • High-volume offer: For orders over $1,000 AUD (after discount), receive 55% off – please contact us at sales@forajewellery.com to receive a custom code or invoice.

Please note: Orders must meet the minimum threshold after the discount is applied for the code to activate successfully.

Minimums & Shipping

  • Minimum first order: $300 AUD (after discount)
  • Re-order minimum: $100 AUD (after discount)
  • Shipping: All wholesale orders include free express shipping within Australia
  • Delivery time: 2–4 business days via Australia Post or Sendle

1. Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to approved retail partners only. We reserve the right to approve or deny any wholesale application at our discretion.

2. Pricing & Discounts

  • All wholesale orders receive 50% off retail prices using the code WHOLESALE50.
  • For orders over $1,000 AUD (after discount), we offer a deeper discount of 55% off the retail price. Please contact us at sales@forajewellery.com to receive a special code or custom invoice.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Minimum Order Requirements

  • First order minimum: $300 AUD (after discount)
  • Re-order minimum: $100 AUD (after discount)
  • All orders include free express shipping within Australia.

4. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before dispatch.
  • We accept bank transfers, PayPal, credit card or Shopify payment link.
  • Orders are shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free express shipping via Australia Post or Sendle within Australia.
  • Estimated delivery time: 1–4 business days domestically.
  • Contact us for international shipping quotes.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Wholesale orders are final and non-refundable unless items are faulty.
  • Faults must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Replacements or store credit will be provided upon approval.

7. Stock Availability

  • We aim to keep all items in stock. If any items are unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer alternatives.
  • Backorders can be arranged upon request.

8. Brand Representation

  • Retailers must use accurate product names and images when selling Fora Jewellery.
  • Re-selling on third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay) requires written approval.

9. Confidentiality

Wholesale prices and terms are confidential and should not be shared publicly.
